Dorothy Lee Charitable Foundation is currently involved in pre-development planning for affordable modular housing initiatives in the Proviso Township area, including Broadview and Maywood, Illinois.
Broadview Modular Housing
A planned modular townhome initiative currently moving through pre-development coordination, partner alignment, and community-facing preparation.
Maywood Modular Housing
A parallel pre-development initiative currently being organized for upcoming planning, consultant coordination, and municipal discussion.
